  1. Daytona USA Deluxe - Direct 3D Patch FAQ

  3. Congratulations on downloading the Daytona USA Deluxe Direct 
  4. 3D Patch!  You must have the full version of Daytona USA 
  5. Deluxe to use this patch.  You must also have Direct X5 
  6. installed to run Daytona USA Deluxe.
  7.  
  8. If you experience video problems or the game will not run, 
  9. make sure you have the latest drivers from your video card 
  10. manufacturer's web site.  If this does not help, uninstall 
  11. Daytona USA Deluxe, and then reinstall Daytona USA Deluxe 
  12. (the Software Direct Draw Version) from the retail CD.
  13.  
  14. This patch has been tested and certified on the 
  15. following 3D Chipsets:
  16.  
  17.     nVidia Riva 128, 
  18.     Real 3D 740 AGP, 
  19.     Rendition Verite 2200, 
  20.     3DFX Voodoo, 
  21.     3D Labs Permedia 2.
  22.  
  23. This patch may work on other 3D Chipsets, but these are 
  24. currently the main chipsets that the Direct 3D patch has 
  25. been tested and verified to work properly.

  27. There is a minor driver issue with the ATI Rage Pro AGP, but the 
  28. game will run with a minor graphic glitch.  An updated video 
  29. driver may fix this problem.
